The new Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 mini & X10 mini pro

In 2009 Sony Ericsson announced the release on the market of it's first Android OS-based smartphone, Sony Ericsson Xperia X10, last week they announced the release of two new smaller versions of the smartphone: Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 mini and X10 mini pro. Making a comparison between the old and the new model, the difference is very big, but the old Xperia offers better an touchscreen experience.
The software of Xperia is quite fast and events on the screen run very smoothly. The new Xperia because of the small screens have the interface modified and the shortcuts have been customized and placed in the corners of the screen.
Behind this user interface modification lays the recognizable interface of Google Android OS which allows it functions to run smoothly on such small screens.
The new Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 mini has a very small screen, making it very difficult for the usage of large-fingered users, so Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 mini pro is equipped with a mini hardware keyboard. The Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 mini pro is significantly bulky and heavier, making it kind of difficult to carry it in the pocket.

  • Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 mini pro will be 3,5 in hes tall, 2,0 inches wide, 0,7 inches thick and 120 gr weight.

The Xperia X10 mini and Xperia X10 mini pro will be released in North America and around the world in the first half of this year.
